With it being Mental Health Awareness Week, Carol and Marneta discussed The Raise Word of Relax.
Marneta setup her business Relax Kids back in the 90s as a development from her clowning business. She loves being able to support young people and loves coming up with ways to do that along the way. She runs daily meditation groups, a monthly affirmation disco and many other things.
